Prosys Aseptic Isolator with Thermo Scientific Heraeus Multifuge X3 Centrifuge
New and Unused. The ProSys Model 6003, Serial 009 is a single-chamber, closed-barrier aseptic isolator designed to prevent cross-contamination between a process and the surrounding laboratory. Rated ISO 5 for particle count in operation. Built 2020. CE marked.
Containment and Decontamination: An integrated bio-decontamination system enables parametric surface decontamination before and after processes via a central H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) vapor generator mounted on a skid. Dedicated pipework delivers H2O2 vapor directly to the isolator. After the decontamination cycle, vapor is routed to the room through a catalytic converter. The isolator includes its own high-H2O2 monitoring sensor.
Ventilation: A Make-Up Air (MUA) system maintains controlled positive pressure relative to the surrounding room and provides continuous fresh-air renewal. Supply air is drawn from the surrounding room and exhausted back to it.
Controls: A PLC-based control system manages all isolator functions. An HMI centralizes commands and data monitoring.
Construction: Cleanable design with minimal crevices and ledges. Composed of non-shedding materials. Includes a glove test kit for leak detection.
