Prosys Aseptic Isolator with Thermo Scientific Heraeus Multifuge X3 Centrifuge
ProSys S06428 Containment and Sampling Technology is a single-chamber closed-barrier system protecting from cross-contamination between a process and the surrounding laboratory. The Isolator is rated ISO5. (International Standards Organization) (for particle count) environment in operation. An integration with a bio-decontamination system allows parametric surface bio-decontamination and their ventilation systems, before and after processes. The isolator suite system consists of one chamber with a central H2O2 (Hydrogen peroxide) vapor generator. An MUA (Make Up Air) ventilation system ensures controlled pressure vs. the surrounding room, as well as constant fresh-air renewal. The incoming air is supplied from the surrounding room and extracted back to the room. A central PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) based control system controls the isolator, with HMI (Human Machine Interface) centralizing all commands and monitoring data. A central H2O2 vapor generator will sit on a skid. Pipe work will directly connect the generated H2O2 vapor from the generator to the isolator. After the bio-decontamination cycle, H2O2 vapor is directed to the room via a catalytic converter. The isolator also has its own High H2O2 monitoring sensor. The Isolator is supplied with a glove test kit to detect glove leaks. The entire isolator is cleanable, with minimum crevices/ledges, and composed of non-shedding materials.
