Lightly used Bausch Advanced Technologies isolated filling and closing machine, type 515, currently set up for 5mL BD Luer Syringes and Luer Caps, speeds up to 30/minute. Capable of handling 1mL to 30mL syringes with change parts at additional cost, 3 phase, 208 volt, 60 hertz, 14 kw, serial# 515031, built 2021.
Includes viable and non-viable particle monitoring, precision peristaltic pump, Luer capping, signal lab (4 color) and reject station.
Also included, system isolator, double-walled, positive pressure with Bio-decontamination system, H14 filters, glove ports, usp class VI inflatable seals on all isolator doors, and syringe in-feed RABS. In Process Controls (ICP) automatic check-weigh station. 21 CFR part 11 machine design and programming with e-signatures and audit trails. Data Collection System (DCS). documentation package 3 with IQ/OC protocols, Functional spec, design spec and PLC backup programs, utility requirements for isolator, 400-480 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 hertz, 25a supply. 10 ltr/sec at 6 bar pressure instrument air requirement.
Price includes Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), commissioning and Site Acceptance Test(SAT) services performed by Bausch Advanced Technologies.

Unused Bausch Advanced Technologies Aseptic IV Bag Filling and Closing Machine, Type 526, speeds up to 6,000 bags/hour, intermittent motion filling system, with (2) bag infeed stations (1) on each side of with pick and place units. (8) dosing and filling stations, (4) 2 up stations, mass flow measuring system, servo-driven filling motion, CIP design, bag stoppering system, with (8) stations, (4) 2 up stations with stopper feed bowls, bag reject station, PLC controls with HMI touch screen. System mounted in RABS barrier system. Built in 2017 and still on shipping skid.
